brAIny uses artificial intelligence technology, including third-party AI models, to generate responses and assist users.
To provide AI functionality:
- User prompts may be sent to third-party AI service providers to generate responses
- Uploaded files (such as photos or documents) may be processed when required for a requested feature
- AI-generated responses are produced automatically, are not reviewed by a human before delivery, and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias, or outdated information
Our current AI provider is Google (Gemini API), which processes your inputs to generate responses under its own API terms. Users should independently verify important information. brAIny does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. See our Terms of Service for additional details on AI-generated content.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our Services, including:
For authentication, account access, and AI-powered features (Gemini API).
Apple
For Sign in with Apple authentication and App Store subscription processing.
Supabase
For database management, storage, and account infrastructure.
Stripe
For web subscription processing.
RevenueCat
For mobile subscription management.
OneSignal
For delivering push notifications you have enabled.
These providers may process information solely for providing services on our behalf, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information.

- With service providers necessary to operate the platform
- To comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the platform

Data is retained as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

11. International Users
Information may be processed and stored in locations outside your country of residence, including the United States. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users between 13 and the age of majority should use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
